Our band fruit website is up and running. The web address is http://www.hshsbandfruit.com. This should be used for orders that are out of our immediate area.

All local orders should continue to be turned in, using the carbon forms.

Scrip Program

To all the band families,

We are putting the link to http://www.glscrip.com/ on our web site for your use. This program is a great way to fundraise for you and your child. It has many retail establishments' gift cards. You order the gift card and part of the profit that is listed next to the gift card is split between the band and student. We will place orders once a month. These make great Christmas presents and there are even everyday use gift cards on here as well. Go to their website and on the left hand side of the page you can list it alphabetically or categorically.

Here's how it works:

• Print out the order form from http://www.glscrip.com/
• Be sure to include your name, phone number and student getting credit.
• You can highlight the items you want.
• Choose the card(s) you wish, indicating the quantity and total cost.
• Total up your columns.
• Send the order form and check made payable to HSHS Band Boosters, in an envelope to school, to be placed in money box with the order.
• Once the organization receives our check, the gift cards are sent via Federal Express to the high school and we will arrange for you to pick them up via phone or email.
• We will inform you when you pick them up how much went in your account.

Be sure to link your Harris Teeter and Food Lion cards to the Holly Springs High Band Boosters, or let us do it for you! Contact Janet Henke at msugrad at nc dot rr dot com with your name, phone number and card number, and she can get you linked. Or use code 6427 at the Harris Teeter website, and visit the Food Lion website and select Holly Springs HS Band Boosters.

Anyone interested in purchasing Lowe's Food Gift Cards should contact Joyce Bubar at jbubar at bellsouth dot net for information.

The Food Lion card does not have to be relinked every year, but the Harris Teeter one does.

Simply give the Harris Teeter cashier your VIC Card and the school's Together In Education number during checkout or link your VIC card online (link above). When you purchase Harris Teeter Brand products, Harris Teeter Brand, H.T. Traders, Harris Teeter Naturals, Harris Teeter Farmers Market, Hunter Farms, Top Care, More Value, Highland Crest, yourpet, Harris Teeter yourbaby and Harris Teeter yourtot, a percentage of those purchase dollars goes back to your school. However, random weighted or bulk items in produce, meat (except poultry), seafood, deli-bakery or prepared foods within these brands are not included in the program.
