Dear Golden Hawks Band Families,
Thank you to those who were able to join the Annual Band Parent Meeting on Tuesday, April 29th. For those unable to attend, you will find the slide deck, recording of the meeting, and the spring training session flyer included in this newsletter. Several reminders:
- There are still open board and committee chair positions. If you are interested, please contact either Paul Alvarez or Jaimie Russell at goldenhawksbandhshs@gmail.com.
- The 2025 Marching Band Schedule is linked in the slide deck. Note that dates and times may change, but this will give you a good idea to begin planning and blocking off your family calendars!
- If you are interested in sponsoring music for the Spring Concert, a link is included in the slide deck.
- Please share the attached flyer on social media, with neighbors, on neighborhood social pages. It's not too late for students to join the band and guard.
- Outstanding balances are due by May 10, 2025! Please contact the treasurers if you have questions or need to discuss financial matters: hshsbandtreasurer@gmail.com.
