2026-27 BAND CALENDAR

Band Camp

Band Camp is in 2 weeks! We have provided the link for the SUG to Volunteer. Students should bring water bottles, Deet Free bug spray, sunscreen and a hat. Parents who are volunteering should bring a chair in addition to the above list.

Band Workdays

Saturday, July 18th (Meet at 8am)

1) Field prep., mow field where needed. Check the path and make sure any limbs or bushes don’t need to be trimmed.

2) Disassemble / Remove old props from U-haul. This will take several people to accomplish. May need to bring some tools if you plan on coming.

Saturday July 25th

Get scaffolding to field and set up. Make sure field is ready for Opps team. Organize and move items in and out of shed.
